    Black Vulture- Coragyps atratus
Black Vulture, Coragyps atratus, Order Ciconiiformes, Family Cathartidae. This is my first Black Vulture of the year in Ohio. Often travel in flocks. While in Costa Rica, I spotted several Black and King Vultures! Note the white wing tips and shorter tail (as compared with the Turkey Vulture), Acton Lake, Heuston Woods State Park.
